Christmas Day
The lights are blinking,
And the stars are twinkling,
With the moon giving light,
That serves guide through the night.
A feast in the table,
To be served in every home,
Time to celebrate the night,
With these lovely people.
As the Christmas songs play,
And children caroling their way,
Feel the spirit of Christmas,
Through everyone's good heart.
Christmas lights and trees,
How wonderful it really is,
Place the gifts under the tree,
For the children wants to see.

Christmas Wish
It's Christmas time,
And I wish you well.
May the Lord bless you
With the best of health.
I hope the stockings are hung
And you're filled with wonder.
There are so many surprises
For you to ponder.
May your children are merry
When Santa brings toys.
Some for the girls
And some for the boys.
I pray you to have food
And plenty to eat:
Turkey and gravy
And lots of sweets.
I hope your family's there,
Friends and neighbors, too.
So merry Christmas
From all of us to all of you.
Christmas Time
High pine trees,
Give light at night,
They shine so brightly,
It's Christmas time.
Stop the fight
Make everything right,
Give love tonight,
It's Christmas time.
A greeting you'll like,
In a card that you'll find.
Just always smile,
For its Christmas time
Little Pine Tree
In summertime
my branches were a place
for birds to nest,
In autumn
my branches were their place f
or food and rest,
And now that wintertime is here,
I hope to be all glistening
bright with snowflakes...
The little bird's Christmas tree!
Christmas Tree
Christmas trees lined like war refugees,
a fallen army made to face in their greens.
Cut down at the bottom, on their last leg,
they pull themselves up, arms raised.
We drop them like wood; tied,
they're driven through the streets,
dragged through the door, cornered
in a room, given a single blanket,
only water to drink, surrounded by joy.
Forced to wear a gaudy gold star,
to surrender their pride,
they do their best to look alive.

First Christmas tress
Three trees shivered
in the cold moonshine,
a date palm, and olive
and dark green pine.
They whispered together,
saw a light in the sky,
paused, secrets forgotten,
heard a new baby's cry
They stood within the yard near
the child's manger bed.
What can we give him?'
the gentle pine said
The olive gave oil
to soothe his small feet
The palm promised dates,
all sticky and sweet
"But what about me?"
the poor pine tree cried.
I can't think of a thing
I've tried and I've ned!
Hearing her cries all
the stars tumbled down
to light up her branches
like a bright golden crown
Then the pine tree stood tall
so the baby could see
on that first Christmas Day,
his first Christmas tree.
Christmas Bells
I heard the bells on Christmas Day
Their old, familiar carols play,
And wild and sweet
The words repeat
Of peace on earth, good-will to men!
And thought how, as the day had come,
The belfries of all Christendom
Had rolled along
The unbroken song
Of peace on earth, good-will to men!
Till ringing, singing on its way,
The world revolved from night to-day,
A voice, a chime,
A chant sublime
Of peace on earth, good-will to men!
Then from each black, accursed mouth
The cannon thundered in the South,
And with the sound
The carols drowned
Of peace on earth, good-will to men!
It was as if an earthquake rent
The hearth-stones of a continent,
And made forlornly
The households born
Of peace on earth, good-will to men!
And in despair I bowed my head;
"There is no peace on earth," I said;
For hate is strong,
And mocks the song
Of peace on earth, good-will to men!"
Then pealed the bells more loud and deep:
"God isn't dead, nor doth He sleeps;
The Wrong shall fail,
The Right prevail,
With peace on earth, good-will to men."
Merry Christmas
I still say "Merry Christmas"
And I hope that you do too
Laws may change dong life's way
But they can't change my point of view.
Christmas is a sharing time
Of gifts, love joy, and laughter
A time for peace within our souls
That is meant to last long after.
Non-believers in Christmas
Still looking forward to the vacations.
A time to spend with loved ones
In their own special way.
Christmas music is beautiful,
Sung in concerts this time of year,
Appreciated by so many people,
A tradition they all hold dear.
It's up to us, individually.
To pass on good traditions
To tell stories we believe in
Outliving commercial transitions.
When I say "Merry Christmas"
It is a loving thing to say
As I wish you well in all your doing
And a peace-filled Christmas Day.

Christmas Giving
Christmas is for giving
And for showing that we care,
For honoring the Christ Child
With loving gifts, we share
The wise men gave of riches;
The shepherds, faith, and love.
Each gift, in its own measure,
Was smiled on from above.
Let every gift be treasured;
Not always size or price
Determines the extent of love
And willing sacrifice.
Handsome gifts with festive trim
Brings smiles of sweet content,
But modest gifts of humble means
Are ofttimes heaven sent.
Whether it be large or small
Each gift will share in part
The message of true Christmas joy
If given from the heart!
Christmas Colors
I see the town at Its most dazzling,
When the lights are on that are eye-popping
Christmas colors come into view
Like red, green, yellow and blue
Red means love shared with everyone
Bitter discords are finally gone
Painting the town red at Its full swing
What a wonderful joy this season brings.
Yellow works best when paired with other colors
Yellow brings warmth in people's embraces
Sparkling gold will be seen everywhere
In tinsels, candles, and Christmas stars that glare.
Some feel blue when they miss someone
Some dream of a white Christmas
as stated in the song
Green is the color of nature and fertility
Embedded in the mistletoe and Christmas trees
Whatever meanings these colors may tell
We still look back to the First Noel
It's the reason why we have this merry-making
That night was the birth of our guardian King.
My Wish for You
I wish you happiness
The kind that's deep within your soul
and shines through your eyes.
I wish you serenity
and a sense of perspective
that calms you and
lends you understanding
In the most difficult times.
I wish you success
in every facet of your life;
Satisfaction and contentment
in everything, you are doing.
I wish you dreams
with the promise of their fulfillment;
A lifetime of extraordinary memories
and a path that leads to beautiful tomorrows.
Merry Christmas & Happy New Year!
The Spirit of Christmas
By the magical light of
a little Christmas candle,
An old man tries to carefully handle it.
The little porcelain manger
which serves as a bed,
For the little Baby Jesus
to get down His head.
In wonder, he took
the manger up to his view.
Smiles at the baby and murmurs, I love you!
I love you for taking
this season of joy.
I love you for growing
into a man from a boy.
For being our light
and leading the way,
For being the spirit
which makes Christmas Day
You have been my mentor,
my model. my hero and guide,
Please continue to assists me and stay by my side.
I've tried to follow your techniques
and give as you gave,
Reminding all to be kind
and that it is clever to behave.
Help me to serve others
and to take them your light,
Especially the children, please bless them tonight!
Some have so little, food for their table,
You know how it feels - you
were born during a stable.
Bless all their parents with
a sure knowledge.
The best gift they will give is
their love, strong and pure.
That's the tendency of Christmas
when all's said and done,
God's gift of happiness,
that came as His Son".
Then return to His mother,
the child is returned,
The nativity glows as
the candles are burned
In a wink, the old man all's quietly away
Some day he goes up
the chimney and climbs in a sleigh.
Whatever the case,
His mission is clear,
Give unto others,
bringing love and good cheer.
He flies into the night
and bids us goodbye,
Doing for others what Jesus would dot.
