Beautiful Rain
How beautiful is the rain!
After the dust and heat,
In the broad and fiery street,
In the narrow lane,
How beautiful is the rain!
How it clatters along the roofs,
Like the tramp of hoofs
How it gushes and struggles out
From the throat of the overflowing spout!

Sacrificial rain
A few careless clouds
Moved around in the sky
Soon there came along
More angry, dark clouds
They rubbed against
With intentions to fight
We saw bright sparks and
Thunders in the sky.
Will the sparks and thunder
Ever set the sky on fire?
Clouds saw the danger
And decided to act together
They came with this idea
Of glorious self-sacrifice
Alas the clouds fell like rain
To avert the danger of fire.
Rainy Nights
I like the town on rainy nights
When everything is wet
When all the town has magic lights
And streets of the shining jet!
When all the rain about the town
Is like a looking-glass,
And all the lights are upside-down
Below me as I pass.
In all the pools are velvet skies,
And down the dazzling street
A fairy city gleams and lies
In beauty at my feet.
Rain In Summer
How beautiful is the rain!
After the dust and heat,
In the broad and fiery street,
In the narrow lane,
How beautiful is the rain!
How it clatters along the roofs
Like the tramp of hoofs!
How it gushes and struggles out
From the throat of the overflowing spout!
Across the window-pane
It pours and pours;
And swift and wide,
With a muddy tide,
Like a river down the gutter roars
The rain, the welcome rain!
Maybe it's rain
Forget the darkness
Forget the pain
Forget the sadness
When it starts to rain.
Forget the broken promise
Forget the past
It is time to bring
Some happiness
and make it last.
So wipe your tears
and face your fear.
These tough days
will not last longer
Because darling
You are so much stronger.
The Rainy Day
The day is cold, and dark, and dreary;
It rains, and the wind is never weary;
The vine still clings to the mouldering wall,
But at every gust, the dead leaves fall,
And the day is dark and dreary.
My life is cold, and dark, and dreary;
It rains, and the wind is never weary;
My thoughts still cling to the mouldering Past,
But the hopes of younger fall thick in the blast,
And the days are dark and dreary
Be still, sad heart! and cease repining,
Behind the clouds is the sun still shining,
Thy fate is the common fate of all,
Into each life, some rain must fall.
Some days must be dark and dreary.
Monsoon Misery
The sky is dark, the clouds are grey
Here comes the monsoon.
Hip Hip Hurray...!
Unfortunately, we can't go play.
Outside, the grass is full of dirt
Inside, don't ask, bugs make it worse.
I realized not going out would be a sin
But I can't help it, I'm stuck right in
Soon later, the floods all start
And then guess what?
It's like a piece of art.
Lightning flashes
Thunder crashes
And then it begins to rain
With it, it brings mosquitoes
And that makes it a pain
The rain has stopped
And now were hot
Though rain, you're a pain
Please do come again.
Heavy Rain
The clouds come once again.
Slowly consuming the horizon.
The roaring of the thunder
growing ever so loud.
Lightning strikes the ground
with fierce strength
Heavy Rainfall upon all who are
under Its thick, dark embrace.
Snuffing out the last glimmer of light.
All that remains is a melancholy
sky painted grey.
The heavy, weakening mud
renders them trapped.
Drowning in the unbearable
sorrow, alone and hopeless.

It's Raining Again
It's raining again
I just can't remember
How long it has been
Since the last rain.
I can feel how heavy it is
By the sound of its every fall
I can listen in every corner of this room
How the sky cries because of the pain.
No one knows and no one can tell
How long she had to be strong
For she capable to carry this kind of rain
Before she gives in and lets it fall.
Let all those rainfall for today
So that the sun can shine again the next day
Because the world must move
And should not be stacked on the same dark day.
Rain-Wash Anger
Let the rain wash away the anger you have
retained inside of you for so long.
Let it wash away the hurts and the pains you
have carried it from so long.
Let it pour onto you the wisdom of selecting
the right over the wrong.
Let it fill your heart with beautiful and
meaningful divine songs.
Let it make peace with your past.
Let it broaden your outlook fast.
Let the rain do its job.
Don't get lost away among the worldly mob.
Throw away your worries in a single flick.
Prepare your eyes for the coming beautiful click.
Rain From haven
When the rain from
heaven is pouring down,
And the rays of the sun are
breaking through the cloud.
The birds are singing out loud,
While the rainbow appears
and spreads all around.
They are throwing colors for you,
Asking you to continue.
Giving up is something everyone can do,
But fighting back requires
courage possessed by only a few.
Be one of those few warriors
and fight back my dear,
Fight to achieve your dreams,
fight for success is near!

Tearful Raindrops
A thousand raindrops
fall with each second
as lightning flashes
and thunderbolts boom,
If the sky had emotions,
I would imagine that
it rains in anguish,
for all that mankind has done
or it could be grieving,
for the loss of all that was living.
Whatever the case,
it is full of sorrow
never shedding a joyful tear,
only a sad or hateful drop may fall.
There are times when the sky sent deluges
that drowned many and silenced their screams.
Like the man who is flawed by being emotional
and if the sky had emotions it would mirror man
These darkening clouds bring much misery
to those who hoped for a brighter day
and somewhere a child is crying
somewhere a grown man is sorrowing,
somewhere someone is quietly dying
while the rain continues its endless agony.
