Such Beauty
See her standing out there
Not noticing her is so rare
She's out there ready to share
Her light and beauty are so fair.
Her pretty face, no one can mar
You can't help but notice her
A quite unique, golden star
Sparkling, shimmering,
glimmering from afar.
When she moves across the sky
You've got to shout "Oh My!"
Her majestic movement makes you sigh
And ask why she doesn't draw nigh.
Darkness tries but to no avail
In her kingdom, she must prevail
Darkness encompasses her like a veil A
nd then it's sent out of her trail.
She's illuminated the whole night
You can't blink with such a sight
You'll be mesmerized by her beautiful light,
If you engage in a fight.
Oh lovely charming moon
I had thought you only shone in June
But now I long for the passing of noon
Cup then, I know I'll see you soon.
Nature Beauty
The trees let go of their autumn leaves,
setting them free to frolic in the wind.
They move across the open field,
colors swirling as they dance along,
finding their way through the wild grass.
I try to catch one in my hand,
but there is no holding on
to that kind of beauty
It flies away to a far off place
where no human has ever been.
An imaginary land where
every part of nature is cherished
simply because it exists.

Heaven on Earth
Our imaginations are captured
By the rapture of heaven's goals
It's more important; a factor,
That God's love captures our souls
The Bible clearly defines the Heaven
As a created earth; God made
That took every day and nights of seven
Firm and fixed that God had laid
No eye has seen; no ear has heard
As He held the dust of the earth so high
How God measured the dust preferred
In a basket, up to the sky
He weighed the mountains on scales
And waters in hands that part
He rules from heaven as life sails.
While He lives within our heart
Heaven's above the reach of-man
But not above the reach of our heart
It may be hard to understand
But the bible's a place to start.
The Beauty of a Tree
Can there be anything more lovely?
Then the beauty of a tree?
Her leaves shimmering in the wind,
Dancing so gracefully.
The strength of her mighty roots
That grows deep into the earth.
She's weathered every stormy gale
For all that she is worth.
Standing tall, resilient
With her branches lifted high,
She refused to bow, to break, or bend
But reaches upward to the sky.
The beauty of the strength within
As she held her head up high.
Her strong resilient spirit
Grew wings and learned to fly.
Satisfying Rain
After days of hot sun, the rain comes,
It watered the grasses and flowed down the drain.
In less than six hours, the month's quota met,
The news had reported, a record was set.
The drink was named, by the parched earth,
Ending the dry spell, experienced by Perth.
But soon people complained, about getting wet,
They wanted the sun, how soon they forget.
We're never satisfied, with what we get,
It is very hot or very cold, very dry or very wet.
We want 24 hr, with a sky that is blue,
And rain for an hour, in the morning.
We should be thankful, for the sun and the rain,
Make the most of it all, and don't complain.
When things do happen, which we can't control,
Leave it in his hands, it is part of his goal.
The Forest
When feeling lost
Go to the forest
Smell the trees
Take in the freshness
When feeling unease
Go to the forest
Feast upon nature
Walk amongst the trees
Listen to the wind
When feeling confused
Go to the forest
Seat amongst the beauty
Let It calm your soul
Let the beauty fill your heart
When not sure what to do
go to the forest
listen to the answer.
Wind On the Hill
No one can tell me,
Nobody knows,
Where the wind comes from,
Where the wind goes.
It's flying from somewhere
As fast as it can,
I couldn't keep up with it,
Not if I ran.
But if I stopped holding
The string of my kite,
It would blow with the wind
For a day and a night.
And then when I found it,
Wherever it blew,
I should know that the wind
Had been going there too.
So then I could tell them
Where the wind goes…
But where the wind comes from
Nobody knows.

Winter Morning
Winter is the king of showmen,
Turning tree stumps into snowmen
And houses into birthday cakes
And spreading sugar over lakes.
Smooth and clean and frosty white,
The world looks good enough to bite.
That's the season to be young,
Catching snowflakes on your tongue!
Snow is snowy when it's snowing.
I'm sorry it's slushy when it's going
God the Artist
God, when you thought of a pine tree,
How did you think of a star?
How did you dream of the Milky Way?
To guide us from afar.
How did you think of a clean brown pool?
Where flecks of shadows are?
God, when you thought of a cobweb,
How did you think of dew?
How did you know about a spider's house?
Had shingles bright and new?
How did you know the human folk?
Would love them as they do?
God, when you patterned a bird song,
Flung on a silver string,
How did you know the ecstasy?
That crystal call would bring?
How did you think of a bubbling throat?
And a darling speckled wing?
God, when you chiseled a raindrop,
How did you think of a stem,
Bearing a lovely satin leaf
To hold the tiny gem?
How did you know a million drops?
Would deck the morning's hem?
Why did you mate the moonlit night?
With the honeysuckle vines?
How did you know Madeira bloom?
Distilled ecstatic wines?
How did you weave the velvet disk?
Where tangled perfumes are?
God, when you thought of a pine tree,
How did you think of a star?
Feel Of Nature
Feel the peace, which you find in nature.
The positive atmosphere gives you more pleasure.
Feel the golden morning and the energetic sunrise.
The dark night and the moon changing their shape and size.
Feel the winds that pass through your ears.
Just relax and forget all of your fears.
Feel the morning with the twittering of the birds.
Let them greet you; just try to realize their words.
Feel each and every drop of heavy rain.
This will assist you in every pain and strain.
Feel the shimmering leaves of the trees.
Stay calm and say goodbye to all your anxiety.
Feel the clouds that independently wonder within the sky.
Happiness is like - sometimes low and sometimes high.
